Voucher
1. Voucher List
Suppliers can review and send all the voucher lists they have created
The voucher list includes vouchers that will be sent to travelers who have made bookings. You can search for vouchers using filters and perform various functions related to vouchers.
The vouchers to be sent are displayed. You can search for vouchers using filters and perform various functions related to vouchers.
(1) Voucher Filter
You can search for vouchers using various criteria such as company information, product details, and booking code. When searching for vouchers, the search criteria are combined with AND conditions, and only the vouchers that satisfy all conditions will appear in the list
(2) Voucher Excel Export
You can export the vouchers from the voucher list to Excel. If there are no selected values in the left select box based on the searched filters, all vouchers in the list will be exported. If there are selected values, only those selected vouchers will be.
(4) Voucher Send Email and Download PDF
You can send emails and download PDFs for vouchers in the voucher list. The PDFs corresponding to the selected values in the left select box will be downloaded. For email sending, the voucher will be sent to the Receiver Email.
2. Voucher per Booking and ticket PDF
(1) Voucher per booking PDF
The vouchers are output as PDF files, containing all relevant information related to the voucher. If the voucher is for a reservation, it will include details of the main traveler
(2) Voucher per ticket PDF
The vouchers are output as PDF files, containing all relevant information related to the voucher. If the voucher is for a ticket, it will include details of the traveler on the ticket.
3. Voucher modal
(1) Voucher per Booking Modal
When you click the 'Detail' button for a voucher in the voucher list, the voucher modal will be displayed.
The voucher modal displays information about the voucher, and you can add or modify the Receiver information for reservation vouchers. Additionally, you can send an email to the specified Receiver and download the PDF.
(2) Voucher per Ticket Modal
When you click the 'Detail' button for a voucher in the voucher list, the voucher modal will be displayed.
The voucher modal displays information about the voucher, and you can add or modify the Receiver information for ticket vouchers. Additionally, you can send an email to the specified Receiver and download the PDF.
