Reservation by timeslot
The calendar provides a daily overview of product reservations.
The calendar is displayed after selecting a product. The inventory (time slots) for each date is generated for the next 3 months. Each row represents one option displayed on the calendar, and different colors indicate different statuses. Options on the calendar can be expanded and collapsed.
Timeslot on/off
You can toggle the time slots on/off on a daily basis. After selecting the dates to turn off in the calendar, pressing the [On/Off Timeslot] button will prompt a modal. If turned off, no further reservations will be accepted for the corresponding timeslots.
Change Inventory of Timeslot
You can change the inventory of time slots on a daily basis. After selecting the dates to modify in the calendar, pressing the [Change Inventory] button will prompt a modal.
Timeslot Detail - inventory
Clicking on a timeslot in the calendar will display information on the right for the selected date. It includes details such as the total number of PAX, confirmed reservations, and remaining inventory for that date.
Timeslot Detail - inventory by channel
You can change channel-specific inventory by clicking the [Change Inventory] button on the inventory detail page.
Timeslot Detail - Booking
Clicking on a timeslot in the calendar will display information on the right for the selected date. By clicking on the Booking tab, you can view the reservations for that date and confirm the respective bookings.
Timeslot Detail - Booking - Send Email
You can send an email to the travelers who made the reservation from the Timeslot details. Click the [Send Message] button to send an email.
Timeslot Detail - Booking - Create Direct Booking
Clicking [Add Booking] in the reservation tab of the timeslot leads to a screen where you can create a Direct booking. Please note that Channel bookings cannot be created through this process.
