Create Product

1. Create product - Select category

This is a feature in AX Cloud that allows you to create new products.
When creating products in AX Cloud, you can choose the category for the products you want to sell.

 

When you click the [Create Product] button in the 'Product list', it takes you to the first step of creating a product, which is the 'Category Selection’ screen.

 

 

This is the category selection screen. We will assist you in choosing the category for the product you want to sell by asking you a few questions.
Please click the buttons below one by one and answer the questions that appear!

 

 

Select a category by answering questions!

 

 

Have you finished answering the questions? Now, click 'Go back to AX-Cloud' to apply the selected category to AX-Cloud!

 

 

When you click the 'Apply' button, you can apply the selected category to your product in 'My Products.

 

 

Has the category you selected just now been successfully applied? If so, you can press 'Continue' to proceed.

 

 

Oh, please be aware that once you've set the category, it cannot be changed, so proceed with caution!

 


 

2. Setting Inventory option type

This is the step where you create the format for the travel products you want to sell.

For example:

  • Travelers departing at 09:00 with an English guide

  • Travelers departing at 13:00 with a Korean guide

Even though these two travelers are booking the same tour, they can choose different options and pay different prices when placing their orders.

In this way, you can create distinct options and set prices for the same product to differentiate them.

We create the format in two main steps:

Step 1: Setting up the types of options available to the buyers. In AX-Cloud, we refer to this as 'Inventory Option' setup!

Step 2: Setting prices for each option. In AX-Cloud, this is referred to as 'Price Option' setup!

By following our provided guidelines, you should be able to configure these easily.

 

(1) Setting Inventory option structure

 

First, you need to establish the structure of your inventory options. Take a look at the inventory option structures we recommend and choose the options that best suit the product you want to create.

 

 

You can add or remove rows/columns for the applied inventory options by clicking the -, + buttons. Customize the inventory options to fit your product!

 


 

3. Setting Inventory option value

 

After setting up the inventory option structure, you can set the minimum and maximum number of participants for each option and provide a name. If you've done all of that, click the 'Save' and 'Continue' buttons one after the other.

 


 

4. Setting Available period

 

Now, let's set the duration for the tour product. You can configure it using the calendar modal that appears when you click the input field!

 

 

Next, you can choose the days of the week when the tour is available for each option. Simply click the checkboxes to make the selection, and when you're done, click the 'Continue' button!

 


 

5. Setting Price option

 

Have you finished configuring the values for each option? Now, you can set the selling prices for each option.

If one price applies to each option, choose 'Single Pricing,' but if prices vary for adults, teenagers, children, and so on, select 'Multi-Pricing,' then click the 'Apply' button!

 

If you've selected 'Single Pricing,' we'll guide you through it. Please enter the pricing option format in the input field below and set the price for each option.

(Note: The pricing option format will apply a single value to all options.)

 

 

Now, if you've chosen 'Multi-Pricing,' you can select the pricing differentiation criteria and set different prices for each option!

 

 

Have you completed everything? If so, click the 'Save' and 'Continue' buttons one after the other to proceed to the next step!

 


 

6. Setting Product name

 

Now it's time to choose a product name. Click 'Select Language' to set the product name in English, Korean, or any other language of your choice!

 

 

If you click the 'Add' button at the bottom, you can set product names in multiple languages for a single product.

 

 

If you've finished setting the product name for each language, let's now proceed to enter the detailed information for the product, shall we?

 


 

7. Download registration form

This is a feature where you can download a registration form that corresponds to the category.

As you follow the product creation process, in the 'Product content,' you can download a registration form to input the content information for that particular product!

 


8. Upload Registration form

 

Please click the 'Browse file' button on the downloaded registration form to upload the completed registration form file with the product content information!

 

 

Once the upload is complete, the uploaded file will appear below, and the 'Browse file' button will be disabled.
If you remove the file, the 'Browse file' button will become active again, allowing you to upload a new file :)

 


(2) Upload image file

 

In 'Marketing Information,' you can add product images! Click the 'Upload image' button to upload your desired images.
The first image you upload will be set as the Main image (representative image) like the one shown below.

 

Please note that you can change the representative image by clicking the 'Use as main image' button, so feel free to use it as needed!

 

If you've added product images, next you can insert the Meeting Point image!

When you click on 'Point information,' you'll find the Meeting Point and Direction information you entered in the registration form. Here, you can click 'Upload image' to upload your desired image:)

 

Finally, uploading images for the tour itinerary/detailed destination descriptions will complete the product creation!

In this step, the product you've registered will vary depending on whether it's a Tour or Ticket)

*You can determine whether the registered product is a Tour or Ticket when you initially choose the category!

 

First, let's take a look at Tour products.

For Tour products, you'll see the 'Itinerary' menu.
Clicking on this menu will display the tour course-related information you entered in the registration form.
Here, you can click the 'Upload image' button to upload representative images for each course point.

 

Next, for Ticket products, instead of the 'Itinerary' menu, you'll see the 'Point details' menu!
Clicking on this menu will display the point information you entered in the registration form.
Here, you can click the 'Upload image' button to upload representative images for each point.


Product list

1. Product list

 

Suppliers can view a list of all the products they've created.

 


2. Product list filter

 

Suppliers can filter and check the list of products. Filters can be applied based on product name, channel link, company name, category, and more.
Products that meet all the search criteria will be listed.
