(5)ACT-5-b AX Products

Operation 유저는 Distribution users can check the AX Products they are using by navigating to Setting → AX Products에서 본인의 사용하는 AX Products를 확인할 수 있습니다. Distribution을 이용중이라면 이용상태가 안내되며 Operation서비스를 신청할 수 있습니다Products.

If they are using the Distribution service, their current status will be displayed, and they will have the option to apply for the Operation service.

Voucher

(1) VOU-5-a3, b3, c3-CL

Voucher setting

You can add a message to travelers on the voucher. This can be done by accessing the voucher detail modal and writing in the Additional Information section.

(2) VOU-4-c-CL Additional Information

AX Cloud에서 화이트리스트로 추가된 Supplier들은 예약을 컨펌한 이후 여행자에게 추가정보를 이메일과 카카오 알림톡(현재 미지원)으로 추가정보 입력을 요청하는 링크를 발송합니다.

추가정보는 여행상품의 Booking Setting - Additional information에서 설정된 값이 안내되며 입력된 추가정보는 Booking의 Partner request information에 저장됩니다In AX Cloud, whitelisted Suppliers send a link requesting additional information to travelers via email and Kakao AlimTalk (currently not supported) after confirming the reservation.

The additional information requested is based on the values set in the Booking Setting - Additional Information section of the travel product. The entered additional information is stored in the Partner Request Information of the booking.
