Listing the features related to AX Operation |
1. Service, Auth Adjust
(1) ACT-2-c-CL Sign up
After signing up, users can select the AX Product they want to use when creating their first company.
(2) ACT-2-c-CL Verify your business
Operation users must complete the "Verify your business" process after creating a company. Unlike Distribution users, Operation users can start using the service after entering only the Business Detail.
(3) ACT-정책 AX Product - Activation by status
An Operation Company can have the following statuses:.
Draft, Submitted(Company info submitted), Inactive(Before payment) , Inactive_paid(Payment complete, Before usedate ) , Active(Using), Canceled(Subscription Pending Cancellation), Expired(Subscription Expired)
All features are available only in the Active and Canceled statuses. In other statuses, only product creation is allowed.
(4) ACT-3-a-AD Company Detail Edit
Operation users can manage company details and custom sales channels.
(5)ACT-5-b AX Products
Operation users can check the AX Products they are using by navigating to Setting → AX Products.
If they are using the Operation service, their current subscription period will be displayed, and they will have the option to apply for the Distribution service.
(6) ACT-3-k-AD Custom Sales Channel Settings
Operation users can set up custom sales channels. Custom sales are independent of the Distribution feature.
(7) SUC-1-e-AD Price Setting
Operation users do not apply the previously existing Commission rate when creating products.
(8) PCC-5-a1-AD Booking Setting
Operation users do not set the Booking Contract when creating a Product.
(9) BOK-2-b-AD Booking list-Filter
When Operation users search for channels, Distribution-related filters are not displayed.
(10) PDC - Product Distribute to Channel
Operation users cannot use PDC value.
2. Voucher
(1) VOU-5-a3, b3, c3-CL Voucher Setting
You can add a message to travelers on the voucher. This can be done by accessing the voucher detail modal and writing in the Additional Information section.
After writing, the content will be reflected in the voucher.
(2) VOU-4-c-CL Additional Information
In AX Cloud, whitelisted Suppliers send a link requesting additional information to travelers via email and Kakao AlimTalk (currently not supported) after confirming the reservation.
The additional information requested is based on the values set in the Booking Setting - Additional Information section of the travel product. The entered additional information is stored in the Partner Request Information of the booking.
